I have a desk top and a lap top. Do I need to buy two licenses; one for my desk top and one for my lap top? Do you have some kind of deal on the second license?

Does the product come with instructions?
Yes - We provide access to On-Line documentation to use the software. You can view this as a web page as HTML or as a printable PDF file. We do not offer printed nor do we offer printed copies. With regards to document content ... We do not provide Technical analysis instruction. For example ... we show you how to use the software to perform the Visual Confluence Calculator (this is the
easy part). ... You as the investor, must know which data points to on the chart. (This is the area which take time to learn.)

Is there any monthly fee associated with the software?
No. There are no monthly fee for StockShareV2. This is a one time purchase for the software which includes access to FREE Data feeds. Premium data feeds may be offered in the future.

Are there any annual maintenance fees or update fees with the software?
No. At this time there are no maintenance or update fees. However, we reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

Does the purchase price include future product upgrades / patches or is there a maintenance plan that is available or that you are considering?
Yes. The purchase price includes bug fixes and minor feature enhancements. The purchaser of StockShareV2 agrees to buy the software are the current revision at the time of sale without expectation of additional future revision upgrades. However, we reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Also, we may in the future provide add-on products that would have to be purchased separately.

When using the Free data feeds with StockShareV2 do you have to download data each day after the market closes?
No. If you choose to use the Free data feeds, you do not need to download data, nor do you have to manage a data base at all. StockShareV2 manages all of this for you. You do not have to wait to access data until after the market closes. In fact, each time you enter a symbol the data is retrieve via your Internet connection. So during the day you get the latest delayed price. Quotes are delayed 15-20 minutes. However, you will have to download your own data if you want to use your own ASCII or MetaStock data.

How is the StockShareV2 software delivered .... i.e., e-mail, web download, CD-ROM?
StockShareV2 and Premium Plug-In software and associated documentation is purchased via the Internet and is delivered via a download link over the Internet. Upon successful payment notification, the customer will be sent an e-mail notification containing license key and download link information. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP THIS IN A SAFE PLACE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. A Transaction Service Fee of $25 will apply for this information to be resent. StockShare Publishing LLC does not provide any software on CD's nor any printed material.

I currently use a program that can use a whole slew of feeds, from Metastock, ASCII, TC2000, QuotesPlus. What about StockShareV2?
StockShareV2 is very similar where as the user can import ASCII and / or MetaStock data. Our web-site process' credit card information using a secure encrypted transaction to protect your information. All credit cards are processed through our merchant account at Plug and Pay Technologies. Their site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under their  control. Security of information in transit to and from our web site is encrypted using ESL encryption protocols. Plug and Pay Technologies stores all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of access controls as well as using encryption of
sensitive information. This data is accessed only for the purposes specified.

I want to buy StockShareV2, but not with a credit card. Can I buy your software with a check?
Yes - Send an e-mail to support@stocksharepublishing.com with your request to purchase by check. We will e-mail the remit to instructions to you. We do take personal checks. However, we strongly recommend using bank checks or money orders. We do not send out the license key and
download link until the check has cleared through the bank. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for this method.

How do I access the "Featured Available Exchanges"? How do I start the data feed?
First, you need to be connected to the Internet. Second, type in a symbol and press return. You have just accessed the data and a chart appears.

Does StockShareV2 have the ability to create sub directories? ... for instance being able to create a Canada stock list , Us Stock List and so on , that way when you flip charts using Next you stick to the stocks in the portfolio.
Yes. In StockShareV2 this is achieved by using the Watch List Manager.

HINT: Mouse click on the first item in your Watch List. This item will now be highlighted. To activate the 'Slide Show' , use your 'Down Arrow' on your key board. Keep erupting this to scroll through your stocks in your Watch List.

I have been using the free trial of StockSHareV2 and will be purchasing shortly. I have spent a lot of time creating charts with annotations, trend lines, calculators and overlays. Will I lose all of this?
No. Make sure when you close the trial version of  StockShareV2 that you save your configuration upon exit. Then you can download the purchased version. When you start up StockShareV2 all of your saved work should be there. (Note: If you ran the trial on a different computer, please send an
e-mail to support and we can give you specific directions regarding specific files to copy over.)

I can't seem to download the upgraded version of the software. I get an error message indicating that the file cannot be saved because the source file cannot be read. My key is active but for some reason I can't download the upgrade. What do you suggest?
Here is a suggestion to try. Go to the "Tools" menu option in Internet explorer. Select "Internet Options..." and press on the "Delete Files" button. This will clear out your browser cache and force a fresh copy the next time you do an update. Exit all your Internet explorer windows. Next, go to your task manager (ctrl- alt-del) and look on the 'Processes' tab to see if there is a StockShareV2.exe running in the background. It might not have exited properly so you don't see an icon but it may still be running. If it is running there, then you must terminate it from processing. Now try to do the upgrade again. if this doesn't work.

Is there a quicker way to flip through the list of charts in the Watch List than mouse clicking one by one?
Yes. Here's a quick tip. You can press the keyboard down-arrow to quickly cycle through the symbol list.

Does this software have point and figure charts?
At this time, point and figure charts are not supported. We may consider this for a future upgrade.

Is this an end of day (EOD) or real time software?
StockShareV2 is considered to be an End of Day program. StockSHareV2 uses (15-20 minute) delayed quotes.

Your software appears to plot daily charts. You mention updating from free web sources. Does your software also plot intraday charts?
No. We do not do intraday charts. Currently we are only doing daily, weekly and monthly periods. You will see the daily candle continue to be built during the day while the market is open. The ability to plot intraday data is on the future wish list.

As I have never used a product such as this, is the market data (i.e. NYSE, Toronto, NASDAQ, etc.) that is analyzed and displayed provided via a connection supplied by StockShareV2 or am I responsible for locating and feeding the data? Are there extra costs involved for procuring this data?
Currently StockShareV2 retrieves free quote data from two (2) different Internet sites; Yahoo and MSN. There is no extra cost to connect to these feeds. This data is 15-20 minutes delayed and does not have any exchange fees associated.

How is the product shipped? If downloaded via the Internet, there is not an issue, if a CD is shipped to the purchaser's address, are there any issues getting it across the border into Canada?
The product is downloaded. We did this to keep it simple and to keep product costs down.
