Software license

The cost of StockShareV2 is a one time fee of $349.99 for use on one computer. There are NO MONTHLY FEES. However, Transaction Service Fees may apply for additional service. See details below.

Additional licenses

Many traders have multiple computers ...I.e.. a laptop and a desk top. We have been asked may times if StockShareV2 can be installed on both machines. Due to license agreements each machine must have it's own unique StockShareV2 license key. We offer a second license at a low discounted cost of $99.99 for personal use. There are NO DISCOUNTS FOR ADDITIONAL PREMIUM PLUG-INS.

Premium Plug-Ins

Woods Float plug in module - This module can ONLY be used with StockShareV2. The cost for the module is $375 for use on one computer. There are NO MONTHLY FEES. However, Transaction Service Fees may apply for additional service. See details below.

Software media and delivery

StockShareV2 and Premium Plug-In software and associated documentation is purchased via the Internet and is delivered via a download link over the Internet. Upon successful payment notification, the customer will be sent an e-mail notification containing license key and download link information. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP THIS IN A SAFE PLACE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. A Transaction Service Fee of $25 will apply for this information to be resent. StockShare Publishing LLC does not provide any software on CD's nor any printed material.

Upgrades and maintenance fees

The purchaser of StockShareV2 agrees to buy the software are the current revision at the time of sale without expectation of additional future revision upgrades. At the present time we do not have maintenance fees nor have we charged for periodic upgrades. We do however reserve the right to change this policy at anytime without notice

Applicable Transaction Service Fees

• There is a $25 Transaction Service Fee to Transfer license or Premium Plug-In from one machine to another machine - This situation may arise for various reasons I.e. Buying a new computer as an upgrade or replacement hard drive. This can be purchased online on our Store link page and should be followed up with a detailed e-mail to support@stocksharepublishing.com with an explanation of the situation. Upon successful payment notification, we will initiate the license server re-synchronization and send the customer an e-mail with detailed instructions. The instructions will assist to minimize the risk of loosing any previously saved data analysis.
• There is a $25 Transaction Service Fee to Re-send license key and download link information. - This situation may arise for various reasons ...i.e.. Computer crash, hard drive reformatting, Computer virus, Ect. This can be purchased online on our Store link page and should be followed up with a detailed e-mail to support@stocksharepublishing.com with an explanation of the situation. Upon successful payment notification, we will initiate a license key archive retrieval and send the customer an e-mail with their license key and download link information along with detailed instructions

Payment Methods

Preferred method - We recommend paying by credit card on line. All credit card transactions are processed by a third party merchant on a secured web site. This method allows the quickest delivery to the customer.

Alternative methods - Domestic payments in the United States may be made with certified bank checks or wire transfers. International payments only by credit card or wire transfer. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us for details.
